Innovation

360 DEGREE CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

AT SPEED

Collaborating with one of the most famous food brands in the world we needed to go from product to shelf launch strategy in 2 European countries in just 20 days.

TASK

A delicious new product - but hard to communicate at concept stage. Under direction from us the client created a short cooking video, 20-word proposition statements, brand names and variant options and our role was to identify the lead route for two very different food cultures. 

IMPACT

We ran a rapid and lean learning program of consumer co-creation and stimulus exploration to create two very different propositions routed in the different food cultures - both scoring some of the best quant test results the client had ever seen.

Communication

A WINNING GLOBAL CAMPAIGN FROM EARLY CREATIVE START-POINT

Working with one of the biggest deodorant brands in the world, working simultaneously across 4 countries, with a range of category and non-category users.

TASK

Starting with a single creative idea with 4 very different campaign routes our role was to work with consumers to identify the lead strategy and key areas of optimisation.

IMPACT

Through rapid, in-depth analysis of the different user groups were able to identify 2 lead routes, one for developing markets and one for developed markets - driving greater brand love from different start points.

A family favourite and love UK Hot Beverage Brand looking to re-invent itself for future generations.

TASK

Our role was to guide the clients through learning system of needs identification, on-line co-creation and workshops with a wide network of contributors from millennials to baristas to night club hosts to client R&D

IMPACT

The final output was a mental map of the needs, drivers and barriers to success as well as the lead format tech and winning propositions to launch.

One of the world's largest indulgent ice-cream brands, exploring communication, product and positioning across 5 global markets

TASK

In just 25 days we simultaneously researched positioning placed and tested live product in home and explored early creative communication ideas. 

IMPACT

Through smart research design we were able to cross reference the deep insights learnt between product, positioning and comms - creating an accelerated and accurate coordinated launch.
